The heat generated in the ribbed heat exchangers with increased efficiency is transferred directly to the environment via an axial fan, ensuring the most homogeneous heat distribution.Lodos Hot Air GeneratorsDaygas Lodos hot air generators are devices that provide thermal energy obtained from natural gas or liquefied petroleum gas by supplying hot air directly or through air ducts to the heated environment via a built-in fan. They offer high efficiency and low energy consumption thanks to their specially developed boiler design. This product has the lowest noise level during operation due to its specially designed boiler and body construction. It operates more quietly than its counterparts. Due to the upward movement of heated air, it is recommended to use hot air generators in closed spaces with ceiling heights not exceeding 5 m for more efficient and uniform heating.Possibility of operation in hermetic and semi-hermetic versions. All electrical components are made of high-temperature-resistant, non-flammable silicone cables. All metal parts are made of durable aluminum-silicon alloy, resistant to high temperatures.Device Control ElementsThere are various scenarios and control elements related to device management. The main options include:Remote control.Integration via control board.Pako manual control switch.Automatic control with thermostat switching.Integration into automation systems (SCADA control). The variety of control scenarios offered as 5 different alternatives allows you to manage products correctly and as desired. By evaluating the use of devices on-site and the conditions of the location, the most suitable control scenario is selected. Therefore, management with the correct scenario ensures both fuel savings and long-term uninterrupted operation.Integration into Automation System (SCADA Control)Our devices can be directly connected to building automation systems (BMS) with Modbus communication protocol via RS485 port (internal). It can be integrated, or if there is no available BMS, device management via HMI touch panel or PC can be performed locally. It can be used fully automatically from the center.Operation schedule for devices on specified days and hours.Operation of heaters with regional or individual step and modulation control.Viewing fault codes from devices in the system and identifying which device has a problem, saving them in memory.Functional control elements such as instant, daily, weekly, or monthly fuel consumption monitoring.Control PanelPassword protection.Heat saving mode.Computer connection port.Graphic LCD screen 128 x 64.Anti-freeze protection function.Programmable 24/7 function.Possibility of automatic and manual control.Possibility to connect an external temperature sensor.Control of up to 8 independent zones and 32 devices in total. This simplifies your work with various commands, from device management to switching on and off on weekdays and at convenient times, to maintain the ambient temperature within the range set for freeze protection when the facility is closed.Analog Room ThermostatThe Daygas analog room thermostat turns off when the set temperature is reached, automatically switching off the device. When the ambient temperature drops below the set value, the device automatically turns on at maximum level and resumes operation, thus saving fuel.Temperature SensorWhen your devices approach the temperature you programmed with the Daygas temperature sensor, it ensures fuel savings by reducing the device's modulation value depending on weather conditions. When the ambient temperature reaches the desired value, the device automatically turns off, and when the temperature drops below the desired value, the device automatically sets the most suitable temperature for the environment and resumes operation.Pako Switched Manual ControlStepwise manual control via the Pako switch can be provided. Where there is no control panel or it is not needed and a more local solution is required, the device can be controlled at the required level using the Pako switch.Remote ControlDaygas remote controls have 3 buttons and simple functions, offering easy use. With the Daygas remote control, all device functions such as on/off, temperature up/down, and reset can be easily controlled. All Daygas products can be controlled remotely with a single remote.Technical Specifications / FeaturesPower: 60kWGas consumption: NG 5.70m³/h / LPG 4.22kg/hDimensions: 790h / 1057L / 842wWeight: Net 103.25kg / Gross 124.04kgOperating pressure: NG 21-55mbar / LPG 32-55mbarHeating area: min 325m² / avg 390m² / max 470m²Heating volume: min 750m³ / avg 1200m³ / max 1424m³Noise level (empty room): 62 d-BANoise level (working room): 50 d-BAAir output: 6900m³Electrical connection (EU): 190-260 V / 50-60 HzGas connection: G ¾’’
