Single-stage vacuum generatorsOperation based on the Venturi principle: compressed air supplied to P generates vacuum at connection U; supply and sucked air are discharged via R. Optimal supply pressure commonly 6 bar; LP marked items perform optimally at pressures lower than 4 bar. Products are made in anodised aluminium with brass or aluminium ejectors depending on model. Some single-stage families include silencers on the R exhaust and variants with ejector/ejection systems for faster release. In-line and PVP seriesIn-line single-stage generators (PVP, GV series) feature air and vacuum connections on the same axis and orthogonal exhaust. Advantages: compact dimensions, easy maintenance, easy assembly to vacuum cup supports or holders. Multi-function and modular generators (MVG, GVMM, MSVE, MSVE series)These are independent vacuum units integrating ejectors, solenoid valves, blow-off/exhaust control, flow regulators, digital vacuum switch/display, manifolds with built-in suction filters and check valves to maintain vacuum in case of power loss. Modular GVMM systems allow stacking intermediate modules (MI) to increase independent vacuum units within a compact assembly.
