This sophisticated instrument is designed to measure the dielectric losses (tan delta) of insulating oils, providing critical information about the condition and operational characteristics of these essential materials.OverviewThe HZJD-2Z Insulating Oil Dielectric Loss and Resistivity Tester is developed and manufactured based on GB/T5654-2007 "Measurement of Relative Dielectric Permittivity, Dielectric Loss Coefficient, and DC Resistivity of Liquid Insulating Materials." It is used to measure the dielectric loss tangent and DC resistivity of insulating oil and other insulating liquids. The device features an integrated structure and includes a test cell, temperature controller, temperature sensor, dielectric loss test bridge, AC test source, reference capacitor, high resistance meter, DC voltage source, and other main components. The instrument uses fully digital technology and all intelligent automatic measurements, equipped with a large color LCD display (800*480), which guides the operator at every stage. Test results can be automatically saved and printed, so the operator can use it professionally without special training.Main Functions and FeaturesThree-electrode test cell, compliant with national standard GB/T5654-2007, with a 2 mm electrode gap to eliminate the influence of stray capacitance and leakage on dielectric loss test results. Equipped with an electromagnetic oil drain valve for easy emptying and cleaning.Uses medium-frequency induction heating with PID temperature control algorithm. Advantages include no contact between the test cell and heating element, uniform heating, high speed, convenient control, and strict temperature control within the set value error.Internal reference capacitor is a three-electrode SF6 gas-filled capacitor, whose dielectric loss and capacitance are not affected by ambient temperature, humidity, or other factors, ensuring measurement accuracy even with long-term use.The AC test power source uses AC-DC-AC conversion, effectively eliminating the influence of voltage and frequency fluctuations on measurement accuracy. The device operates correctly even when powered by a generator.Excellent protection function: in case of overvoltage, overcurrent, or short circuit, the device quickly disconnects the pressure sensor and issues a warning. If the temperature sensor fails or is absent, the device also issues a warning.The induction furnace has a temperature limit relay. If the temperature exceeds 120°C, the device disconnects the relay and stops heating.Convenient experimental parameter settings. Temperature setting range: 0–125°C, AC voltage setting range: 500–2000 V, DC voltage setting range: 0–500 V.Large LCD display with backlight and clear image.
