Power Quality Analyzer HZCR-5000 is a comprehensive testing device, meticulously developed by our company and specially designed for field testing of three-phase systems. It is multifunctional and intelligent, with simple human-machine operation. It is easy to use, features a large LCD display, high resolution, Chinese and English interface, shockproof housing, and more. It can simultaneously measure 4-channel current (three-phase current ABC and neutral wire current), 4-channel voltage (three-phase voltage ABC and neutral line voltage relative to ground), peak value of current and voltage, maximum/minimum value per period, three-phase asymmetry coefficient, short-term voltage flicker, transformer K-factor, active power, reactive power, apparent power, power factor and displacement factor, active energy, reactive energy, apparent energy, harmonic coefficient and harmonics, etc. Real-time waveform display, harmonic coefficient histogram of current and voltage; dynamically records instantaneous changes in current and voltage, monitors inrush current, controls power parameters, forms a list of alarm signals, and generates trend graphs for long-term data recording and testing.Features:Real-time waveform display (4 voltage channels/4 current channels).True RMS values of voltages and currents.DC components of voltages.Peak values of current and voltage.Minimum and maximum RMS values of current and voltage per half-period.Vector diagram display.Measurement of each harmonic up to the 50th order.Bar charts show harmonic ratios of current and voltage for each phase.Total Harmonic Distortion (THD).Active, reactive, apparent power by phase and total.Active, reactive, apparent energy by phase and accumulated.Transformer ratio K.Power factor (PF) and displacement factor (DPF or COSφ).Short-term voltage flicker (PST).Three-phase unbalance (current and voltage).Advanced Functions:Transient Capture Function: Monitors instantaneous changes in voltage and current parameters, including voltage fluctuations, surges, sags, short power interruptions, temporary overvoltages, inrush currents, and instantaneous current and voltage distortions. The device can store up to 150 sets of transient processes.Inrush Current Monitoring: Monitors line impulse current and inrush current during equipment startup, helping to correctly calculate power. Displays the RMS curve of current rise/fall during startup, inrush current envelope, and signal waveforms for 4 current and voltage channels. Records for about 100 seconds after triggering, saving instantaneous current/voltage values and signal waveforms for each cycle during 100 seconds.Trend Recording and Storage Function: Stores all parameters of main test functions (Urms, Uthd, Ucf, Uunb, Hz, Vrms, Vthd, Vcf, Vunb, PST, Arms, Athd, Acf, Aunb, KF, W, VAR, VA, PF, COSφ, TANφ), 50 voltage harmonics and 50 current harmonics. Can also plot trend curves. Records data for a long time as needed (simultaneous selection of 20 parameters for data recording every five seconds, allowing data to be recorded for about 300 days).Alarm Function: Set limit values as needed, tracking exceedances. When exceeded, an entry is created in the alarm log, e.g.: voltage, current, unbalance, harmonic coefficient, frequency, active power, harmonic distortion coefficient. Up to 40 different alarm types can be set, each group can have different monitoring parameters (including 50 harmonics, a total of 123 parameters) and limit values, as well as minimum exceedance time. The log can contain up to 12,800 alarm signals.Instant Screenshot Function: Any screen can be saved (screenshot), automatically recording the time and test mode. For example, you can save the voltage and current waveform, harmonic histogram, vector diagram, etc. Up to 60 screenshots can be saved.Communication Function: Connects to a computer via USB; monitoring software can display power quality waveform analysis, read transient waveforms, record trend graphs, alarm logs, take screenshots, and output data to a computer.Settings Function: User can set time and date, adjust screen contrast and brightness, define colors for each phase curve.
