Vacuum and pressure unit conversion table
Vacuum and pressure unit conversion tables and pressure measurement unit conversion factors (absolute values).

Vacuum and pressure gauges
The measurement method is based on the Bourdon spring principle. Made using section tubes in special copper alloy, one end welded to the threaded pin of the gauge and the other end free. As vacuum or pressure changes the free end moves (Bourdon effect). Movement is amplified by a lever and transmitted to the pointer. Enclosed in a sturdy case; face and index visible through a clear protective disc. Available in radial or coaxial connectors, built-in or external flange, dry or glycerine filled. Except Ø 40 mm, models have a double scale dial. All models comply with EU safety standards and measurement units.

Vacuum adjustment valves
When valve reaches pre-calibrated vacuum degree, atmospheric air is introduced into circuit to prevent increase and keep value constant. Used as regulators on circuits with single vacuum pump and single use (or multiple uses working at same vacuum). Often used as safety valves on non-commissioned tanks/containers at high vacuum and on vacuum cup lifting systems. Vacuum level adjusted by rotating knurled bush; fine thread ensures accurate calibration. Operating temperature range: -20 °C to +200 °C.

Vacuum regulators
Control level of vacuum maintaining it constant at pre-set value (secondary vacuum) regardless of network flow and primary vacuum fluctuations. Operate by membrane-piston using pressure differential between secondary vacuum and atmosphere. Unlike vacuum control valves, regulators do not release air into circuit, enabling multiple grip points at different vacuum values from single source. Vacuum adjusted by knurled thumb screw (clockwise increase).

Technical features (standard regulators)
- Operation: membrane-piston regulator
- Adjustable operating pressure: from 800 to 1 mbar abs.
- Flow rate: from 2 to 160 m3/h
- Room temperature: -10 to +80 °C
- Installation: any

Product codes: 110110 110210 110310 110410 110510 110610

Regulators for rough vacuum levels
Same principle; minimum adjustable vacuum close to atmospheric pressure. Technical features:
- Operation: membrane-piston regulator
- Adjustable operating pressure: from 980 to 1 mbar abs.
- Capacity: 20 to 160 m3/h
- Room temperature: -10 to +80 °C
- Installation: any
Product codes: 110350 110550 110650

Vacuum regulators with pneumatic adjustment
Adjustment by acting on pneumatic cylinder compressed air supply rather than manual screw: higher pressure increases vacuum level. Regulators keep secondary vacuum constant regardless of pump or primary vacuum. Operate with a pneumatic cylinder and a fluctuating piston driven by pressure differential.

- Supply pressure: from 0 to 3 bar (some items) or 0 to 5 bar (other items)
- Adjustable working pressure: from 800 to 1 mbar abs. (range depends on item series) or 980 to 1 mbar abs. for some items
- Flow rate: from 2 to 160 m3/h (or higher ranges for larger items)
- Room temperature: -10 to +80 °C
- Installation: any
